Boulder County, CO — The Keep It Clean Partnership announced the winners of the 2023 Boulder St. Vrain Watershed Art Contest. 122 students in the Boulder Valley and St. Vrain Valley School Districts submitted artwork for a chance to win art supplies, gift cards, and recognition.
