The Executive Board serves to establish, oversee, and ensure the effectiveness of a county-wide response to homeless efforts and the achievement of identified outcomes. Appointed members by Boulder County Commissioners are represented on this board. Individuals that are executive level leadership with decision-making authority oversee funding from regional, county and municipal representation. HSBC executive board members meet monthly.
