Boulder County, Colorado (the “County”) is accepting proposals from qualified entities to provide all services associated with the operations of two demand responsive transit services (the “Service”), combined for bidding purposes within this RFP. The County will enter into a Contract with the successful proposer (“Contractor”) to operate the Service for up to five (5) years. The Service is funded in part by the Federal Transit Administration (“FTA”) and will therefore contain contractual requirements imposed by the FTA on the County and its contractors.
