A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m. on June 30, 2025. Interested Parties are asked to meet at 4465 N. 109th St, Lafayette, CO 80026. (Please reference Location and Site map “Trailhead Parking”). Bidders will be asked to sign-in and attend a brief project orientation where instructions for vehicle pooling to the project sites will be addressed. Parking is very limited at the project site; therefore, unescorted, individual site visits will not be permitted. Proposals from companies not represented at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting, and site visit will not be accepted.

Boulder County Parks and Open Space is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to secure construction services for the Prairie Run Open Space Southwest Cluster Construction Project. Prairie Run Open Space is an open space property located in Boulder County. The project is located in the Southwest Cluster of Prairie Run Open Space property and is east of Highway 287, north of Jasper Road, south of Boulder Creek and west of N 119th Street. The project entails the construction of a pathway/trail that will be located through the Prairie Run Open Space, a trail head (and associated amenities), ditch crossing, at grade crossings, and access to Boulder Creek. The Project shall be completed in compliance with the Contract documents prepared by the County and with all Federal and State regulations. Project completion date is April 30, 2026.
