A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 26, 2025, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m. Interested Parties are asked to meet at the western most parking lot at 3280 Airport Rd, Boulder, CO 80301. The County will host a one-hour meeting on site for potential contractors to allow the opportunity for site assessment. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in. Bids from firms not represented and signed in at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting, and site visit will not be accepted.

Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General Contractor, is requesting Bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a perimeter security fence. Contractor shall provide a total “turnkey” project including all necessary equipment, materials, and installation services. The project site is at the Boulder County Communications Center located at 3280 Airport Rd, Boulder, CO 80301. The project is expected to complete by the end of third quarter 2025.
