The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is seeking a qualified Design-Build firm to deliver comprehensive design and construction services for affordable for-sale homes including up to 80 homes at Willoughby Corner Phase 3 of Willoughby Corner in Lafayette CO and up to 20 homes at Kestrel in Louisville CO. Additionally, the Design-Build firm will be tasked with constructing the remaining horizontal infrastructure for Willoughby Phases 2 and 3 and the horizontal infrastructure to support the new units at Kestrel. The Design-Build scope focuses on integrated architecture, engineering, permitting support, and construction.
