Community-Wide Available Rentals

Boulder County, in collaboration with our community partners All Roads, EFAA, OUR Center, and Sister Carmen Community Center, has compiled lists of low-cost available housing units that are updated weekly. While our goal is to include all relevant listings, community members may find other low-cost housing units not provided here. To view available housing in your preferred area, click the corresponding button below and contact the leasing office for more information. Please note that the county does not officially endorse any of the listings.

Tips for using the tables

• Click the arrows next to the title of each column to sort either by name or price. For example, clicking the up arrow (^) next to monthly rent sorts the listings by lowest to highest price.
• Type any word in the search box located in the top right corner of the table to show all the listings with that word. For example, when in the list for Lafayette, Louisville, Superior and parts of Erie in Boulder County, typing Lafayette will show only listings in Lafayette.
• Listings are updated weekly, but if you would like to print a copy of this week’s lists, click the table name and press Control+P.
