  Authorization to arrange for abatement of rubbish as needed throughout Property, including abandoned, inoperative or unlicensed vehicles, as defined under Article 14 of the Land Use Code (175 S 7th Street). The property owner is Matthew Phillips. The subject property is located at 175 S 7th Street in the Forestry zoning district, in Section 21, Township 1S, Range 73W.
