Description
Join Andrea Van Sambeek (RYT 220) for a gentle yoga class and take in the views from your mat. Pause, breathe, and revitalize in this idyllic setting. After connecting with breath and movement, stay to explore all Walden Ponds Wildlife Area has to offer. Please bring your own yoga mat. All levels are welcome!
Minimum age 12 with accompanying adult. Walden Ponds. Registration for most programs begins on the 20th of the month before the event.
