Boulder County proposes to acquire fee title to 101 acres owned by Everett T. Randleman, with associated water rights, for $2,975,000. The property has an address of 6969 Ute Road and is located near the intersection of State Highway 66 and 75th Avenue. Staff supports this acquisition.
Sky View Acquisition
Boulder County proposes to acquire fee title to 42.46 acres owned by Chloe Johnson and Craig Scariot, with associated water rights, for $1,750,000. The property has an address of 10384 Airport Road, Longmont, CO and is located near the intersection of Airport Road and Rogers Road. Staff supports this acquisition.
Wall Street Mill Acquisition
Boulder County proposes to acquire fee title to 1.09 acres owned by the Estate of Grace M. Hubbell for $63,000. The property has an address of 0 Fourmile Canyon Drive and is located just west of the townsite of Wall Street on Fourmile Canyon Drive. Staff supports this acquisition.
Von Reyn-2024 Transfer of Management
Boulder County Public Works has asked Parks & Open Space to transfer management of approximately 0.503 acres of the Von Reyn open space property to Public Works for road right-of-way. The Von Reyn property is located on the southeast corner of 95th Street and Lookout Road. These 0.503 acres are currently under the management of Parks & Open Space and would be transferred to Public Works for road improvements necessary to meet current county standards and make the road more resilient in the face of future floods. Staff supports this transfer of management.
