Homeownership Training – IN PERSON Boulder WfBC Office

This CHFA approved class will help you to determine how much home you can comfortably afford, budget for the upfront and ongoing expenses of homeownership, recognize how your credit relates to home buying, understand the different mortgage financing options, learn about real estate contracts and the loan closing process and become familiar with home inspections.

Classes fill up fast! - We will NOT be serving food though you are welcome to bring food and beverages (There is a refrigerator if you would like to use that)(We apologize that there is an indication for lunch - we are working to correct this. - you will receive a certificate for completing this class. You must be present for the entire class - you will need a photo ID to obtain your certificate - This is a CHFA Approved class and the certificate will meet lending and other program requirements - to be best prepared for a mortgage prequalification exercise, it is helpful to have calculated ahead of time: - gross monthly income - minimum monthly debt payments
