Historic Preservation Advisory Board Subcommittee Email Meeting, Monday, June 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

Notice is hereby given that a subcommittee meeting will be held online by the Boulder County Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) beginning at 10:00 a.m. to consider the following agenda:

1. Certificate of Appropriateness
   • CA-25-0004: Clyncke Family Homestead – as-built goat and pig sheds
     Request: Certificate of Appropriateness for two as-built goat sheds and one as-built pig shed
     Location: 7012 South Boulder Road
     Zoning: Estate Residential (ER) Zoning District
     Owner/Applicants: Nancy Kimber and Stephen McHugh

The Boulder County Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) is an advisory board appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to provide guidance to the county on historic preservation issues. Its primary focus is to review structures and sites for historic significance and to review building or development plans which might affect these resources. HPAB also reviews landmark applications and must approve building plans which result in the alteration of an historic landmark.

Each HPAB meeting is a public hearing, and at the beginning of each meeting anyone may address the Board with historic preservation concerns or questions.
