Community Planning & Permitting Department - Docket LU-24-0016: Kline Family Care Unit Accessory Dwelling Unit

Limited Impact Special Use Review to permit a 600 sq. ft. family care unit ADU on an approximately .7-acre property. The application is submitted by Dennis and Melanie Kline (owners/applicants). The subject property is in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district at 1005 Cherryvale Road, approximately .1 mile north of the intersection of Cherryvale Road and Baseline Road, in Section 34, Township 1N, Range 70W.
Public testimony will be taken.
