The application is submitted by Gunnar Ashton and Amanda Eggleston (applicants/owners) and BAS1S Architecture, c/o Steve Lane (agent). The subject property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 3100 Ridge Rd, approximately 2 miles east of the intersection of Hurricane Hill Dr and Ridge Rd, Section 04, Township 1S, Range 72W.
