Boulder County is a sponsor of 2024 Longmont Juneteenth Family Celebration The goal of the annual Juneteenth Celebration in Longmont is to celebrate our diverse community, and come together to share, educate, and appreciate one another. We must go back to our roots to move forward. We should reach back and gather the very best of what our past has to teach us. The inaugural Juneteenth Celebration in Longmont was held in 2022 and hosted hundreds of community members. Longmont Celebrates Juneteenth is a healthy, family-oriented event through its alcohol-free, tobacco-free, and cannabis-free standard. We are also committed to becoming a zero waste event. The event includes musical and fashion entertainment, vendor and information booths, activities for kids, drum line performances from local high schools, and tons of great food!
