Appeal of Director’s Determination of SPR-25-0021 for Site Plan Review for the construction of a 500-square-foot detached garage on a parcel with 3,594 square feet of existing residential floor area in a defined neighborhood where the size presumed to be compatible is 4,094 square feet. The Determination is appealed by David & Patricia Davidson (applicants/property owners) and Benjamin Granlund C/O Alpenglow Creative, Inc (agent). Property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 382 Crescent Lake Road, in Section 32, Township 1S, Range 71W.

Public testimony will be taken.
