Community Planning & Permitting Department - Docket SE-24-0008: Sparks Parcel Merger and Lot Recognition

Subdivision Exemption request to combine the parcels at 2169 and 2157 Apple Valley Road and to recognize the resulting 2.5-acre parcel as a legal building lot. The application is submitted by Ernest and Kathryn Sparks (applicants/property owners) and Sean Stewart c/o Lyons Gaddis P.C. (agent). The subject properties are in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 2169 and 2157 Apple Valley Road, located approximately 0.1 mile south of the intersection of N St. Vrain Drive and Apple Valley Road, in section 12, Township 3N, Range 71W.
