Community Planning & Permitting Department - Docket LU-24-0013/SPRW-24-0059: DeBacker Family Care Unit ADU, Garage, and Greenhouse

Limited Impact Special Review to permit a Family Care Unit ADU and Site Plan Review Waiver to permit construction of a 616 sq. ft. garage and 400 sq. ft. greenhouse on a 1.65-acre property. The application submitted by Jeremy and Nicole DeBacker (applicants/property owners) and is in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district at 871 Bluebird Lane, approximately .25 miles north of the intersection of Bluebird Lane and Baseline Road in Section 31, Township 1N, Range 69W.
Public testimony will be taken.
