Community Planning & Permitting Department - Docket LU-24-0012/SPRW-24-0073: Leonard Demonstration Farm and Agricultural Structure

Limited Impact Special Use Review for the establishment of a Demonstration Farm and the construction of a 1,913-square-foot agricultural accessory structure on a 5-acre parcel. The application submitted by Tonja and Jeremy Leonard (applicants/property owners) and is in the Applicant (A) zoning district at 14217 N 107th Street, approximately 0.3 mile west of the intersection of US 287 and County Road 4, in Section 10, Township 3N, Range 69W.
