Limited Impact Special Use Review to permit 1,590 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork, and Site Plan Review for the construction of a 2,768-square-foot residence and 720-square-foot accessory forestry barn at 386 Rockwood. The application is submitted by Ciminski & Buttery Joint Revocable Trust (applicants/owners) and Michael Daley (agent). The subject property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 386 Rockwood, located west of SH 7, accessed via private drive approximately 450 ft north of the intersection of SH 7 and Big Owl Road, in Section 2, Township 3N, Range 73W.
Public testimony will be taken.
