Build the Skills That Power Success at Work and in Life Executive functioning skills help you plan, organize, focus, and follow through on your goals. These free, interactive workshops are designed to help you strengthen practical strategies for success in your job search, workplace, and beyond. Time Management - Participants will explore how time management and executive functioning support personal and professional success. They’ll create a SMART goal, build a balanced weekly schedule, and learn strategies to overcome procrastination and distractions. Participants will choose a personal focus strategy and commit to a one-week challenge to apply and reflect on their new tools.
