Updating and Tailoring Your Resume, Virtual workshop - 1.5 hours It is recommended that you have a clear career direction before taking this class. Learn what the current trends are in resume writing and how to tailor your resume to the position to get your resume noticed. To sign up for a workshop, go to www.connectingcolorado.com, create an account, and click on Workshops. A link to the workshop will be sent to you a day or two before the workshop with instructions on how to join the virtual meeting.

4-H Open House

Exhibit Building 9595 Nelson Road, Longmont

Boulder County 4-H is hosting an Open House on Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. at the Exhibit Building at the Boulder County Fairgrounds in Longmont. Families are invited to stop by, meet our youth members and adult volunteers, and explore the many topics kids can dive into through 4-H. From cooking and robotics to animals, gardening, art, and leadership, there are around 45 different areas to choose from. Club leaders and staff will be on hand to host booths and answer questions. Spanish-speaking staff will also be available. 4-H is for 5 to 18-year-old youth, and adult volunteers are always welcome! And despite the rumors, no farm experience is required.
