Appeal of Director’s Determination of SPR-25-0010 for Site Plan Review for the construction of a 200-square-foot addition with 232 square feet of covered porch area and a 330-square-foot carport resulting in 6,384 square feet of residential floor area on a 1.35-acre parcel where the presumed compatible size is 6,170 square feet. The Determination is appealed by Louis & Mercedes Hernandez (applicants/property owners) and Craig Batchelder and Ryan Gruver C/O Melton Design Build (agents). Property is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 6571 Monarch Park Court, in Section 36, Township 2N, Range 70W.
