Public Hearing: Boulder County’s Local Minimum Wage

On the afternoon of Oct. 14, the commissioners will consider the future of Boulder County’s minimum wage, including, but not limited to, keeping the current wage schedule, temporarily pausing the scheduled wage increase, and exploring a lower wage schedule to align with the City of Boulder’s minimum wage schedule.

Community members and businesses are invited to share written comments and feedback with the commissioners through the online local minimum wage feedback form or speak at the Oct. 14 Public Hearing.

The afternoon public hearings on Oct. 14 begin at 1 p.m. The LMW hearing will follow the 2026 Boulder County Budget hearing.

The public hearing can be attended in-person (3rd floor, 1325 Pearl Street, Boulder), online through Zoom, or by phone.

Spanish interpretation will be available online (through Zoom) and in-person. Registered speakers can share comments in English or Spanish.
