The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Parks & Open Space real estate matters on Thursday, Nov. 13.

Fourmile Property Acquisition

Boulder County proposes to acquire fee title to 6.62 acres, located at 38899 Boulder Canyon Drive, for $1,500,000.
Action requested: Approval

Pocket Property Acquisition

Boulder County proposes to acquire fee title to 1.21 acres, located at 5600 Ute Highway, for $10,500.
Action requested: Approval

Paintbrush Conservation Easement Acquisition

Boulder County proposes to acquire a conservation easement over 36 acres owned by TJ Price for $215,000. The property has an address of 6745 Coal Creek Canyon Drive and is located near the intersection of Coal Creek Canyon Drive and the Peak to Peak Highway
Action requested: Approval

Longseth-Lynch Power Line Easement Acquisition

Boulder County proposes to acquire to 10’ utility easement across private lands owned by two parties to provide three-phase power to the County-owned IBM open space property at approximately the corner of 63rd Street and Monarch Road. The cost for acquisition of the easements is $9,866.
Action requested: Approval
