Appeal of Director’s Determination of SPR-25-0017 for Site Plan Review to construct 980 sq. ft. of additions to the existing residence and an 864 sq. ft. detached garage on a 3-acre parcel in the Forestry zoning district at 385 Millionaire Drive E. The application was submitted by Elizabeth Cassidy Perkins and Robert Lantz (property owners/applicants). Property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 385 Millionaire Drive E in Section 29, Township 1N, Range 71W.

Public testimony will be taken.
