Community Planning & Permitting Department – Docket SE-25-0003: Fowler-Aboussie Boundary Line Adjustment

Information on how to attend or participate online will be posted one week prior to the hearing date.

Request to adjust the shared boundary line between 5501 Jay Road and 5503 Jay Road such that approximately 25 acres of land are removed from 5503 Jay Road and added to 5501 Jay Road. The application is submitted by Barbara J. Fowler and Gary Aboussie (applicants/property owners) and Harmon Zuckerman, Esq. (agent). The subject properties are in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district at 5501 Jay Road, located on the northeastern corner of the intersection of Jay Road and N. 55th Street, and 5503 Jay Road, located on the east side of N. 55th Street approximately 0.2 miles north of the intersection of Jay Road and N. 55th Street, in Section 15, Township 1N, Range 70W.

Public testimony will be taken.
