Limited Impact Special Review request for approximately 1,200 cubic yards of nonfoundational earthwork related to ecological restoration of the North St. Vrain Creek at 923 Apple Valley Road, 18976 N St. Vrain Drive, and 18972 N St. Vrain Drive. The application is submitted by Yana Sorokin c/o The Watershed Center (owner/applicant) and Michael Lighthiser c/o Biohabitats (agent). The subject properties are in the Agricultural (A) and Rural Residential (RR) zoning districts at 923 Apple Valley Road, 18976 N St. Vrain Drive, and 18972 N St. Vrain Drive, located on Apple Valley Road, approximately 1 mile west and north of the southern intersection of US Highway 36 and Apple Valley Road, in Section 13, Township 3N, Range 71W.
Public testimony will be taken.
