Workforce Boulder County (WfBC), a Colorado Workforce Center, offers a wide variety of services to job seekers and businesses. WfBC serves individuals, families, and businesses in Boulder County looking for career skills, growing your financial stability, or searching for the right person to fill a position. As of Dec. 2, 2024, WfBC is meeting clients in person for walk-ins in our Longmont office, Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our Resource Room computers are also available during those hours.

Career Services
Ongoing personalized career services and coaching provides support for an educational and employment journey. Funding for school, internships and apprenticeships is offered based on eligibility. Services support the unique needs of each job seeker.

A wide variety of free services are provided for employers to meet their recruitment goals, ensure a qualified workforce, and plan for a thriving future. Services supporting both the individual and the business are offered for businesses experiencing a reduction in workforce.
