Meetings

POSAC usually meets on the fourth Thursday of each month starting at 6:30 p.m. View Calendar

Meetings will be held in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or in-person at the Boulder County Courthouse, 1325 Pearl St, 3rd Floor, Boulder.

Registration is only required for participants who want to provide public comment at the regular meeting. Regular meetings are streamed live through eSCRIBE. Video will display on the agenda page as soon as the meeting begins.

How To Participate

Public comments will be accepted from individuals attending the meeting in-person or virtually through the Zoom Webinar.

Speaking Times

Generally, each speaker will have a maximum of three minutes per item. In cases where many comments are expected, speakers may be limited to two minutes or another time limitation if appropriate. Pooling of speaker time will be permitted at the discretion of the chair. All speakers wishing to pool their time must be signed up for and present at the meeting. Time allotted for pooled speakers will be determined by the chair, not to exceed a total of ten minutes (or eight minutes where many comments are expected). Speakers are requested not to repeat statements made by previous speakers other than to express points of agreement or disagreement.

Documents Supporting Public Comment

Documents supporting public comment can be emailed to the POSAC coordinator or printed copies can be provided at the meeting for POSAC members and staff. Public presentations will not be displayed on monitors during public comment.
