Final paving operations that are part of the 95th Street Reconstruction Project (Lookout Road to Plateau Road) are underway and are anticipated to last until the week of Nov. 18, weather permitting. The road will be reduced to a single-lane where paving is occurring and trucks are being staged, so alternative routes for both motor vehicles are advised during working hours, which are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

When crews are paving through the 95th Street intersections with Lookout Road, Niwot Road, and Oxford Road, east-west travel will be slow as the asphalt must be allowed to cool before vehicles can safely travel across the surface. Delays at these locations could range up-to 30 minutes when paving is occurring. Delays along 95th Street could range up-to 15-minutes. Please consider using SH 119 or US 287 to avoid travel on 95th Street.
