Throughout Boulder County, Resource Specialists are available to help individuals and their family or informal caregivers make informed choices about the services and support options available, and are able to provide short-term assistance in accessing and planning for long-term care needs.

Direct Services in the Community
We also contract with a host of local community-based providers to deliver the following services:
- Chore Assistance: Cultivate
- Legal Assistance: Boulder County Legal Services, Rocky Mountain Legal Center
- Meals and Groceries: Cultivate (groceries), Nederland Area Seniors (home-delivered and congregate meals), Louisville Senior Services (congregate meals)
- Mental Health Services: Mental Health Partners
- Services for People with Disabilities: Center for People with Disabilities
- Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired: Aftersight (Formerly Audio Information Network), Ensight Skills Center
- Transportation: Via Mobility, Cultivate (medical mobility and veterans rides)
