Bituminous Asphalt for Use in Roadway Patching and Overlay Projects

Boulder County is requesting bids for bituminous asphalt from qualified vendors for pricing on various bituminous asphalt products to use in the crack filling, patching, and overlaying projects within Boulder County.

All products shall be quoted, picked up at the vendor’s site by Boulder County hauling equipment. Boulder County intends to award this bid to multiple vendors and plans to purchase product based on the proximity to the job site, availability, quality and the price of the product.

Prices quoted shall be guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days. Due to anticipated volatility in the asphalt market, vendors will be permitted to notify Boulder County of price adjustments monthly.
