Boulder County, Colo. - The Recycling Center and the Hazardous Materials Management Facility (HMMF), 1901 63rd St., Boulder, are both closed to the public today, Aug. 19, due to a paving project that is blocking the entrance and exit to the facility. The commercial recycling drop-off facility will remain open, but access to public recycling bins is blocked. The facility will reopen tomorrow morning, Aug. 20. Sorry for any inconvenience.
