Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified vendors for comprehensive elevator maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and related services for elevator systems located at BCHA properties. The vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to maintain the elevators in safe and proper operating condition in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, applicable ANSI/ASME standards, and all governing codes and regulations.
