The application is submitted by John M & Judith L Turner (owners/applicants) and Anchen Wang c/o Anchen Wang Architecture (agent). The subject property is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 10189 Arapahoe Road, accessed via a dirt road on the north side of Arapahoe Road approximately 0.6 miles west of the intersection of Arapahoe Road and US 287.
