A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 11, 2026, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m. Interested Parties are asked to meet at the building entrance at 2525 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301. The County will host a one-hour meeting on site for potential contractors to allow the opportunity for site assessment. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in. Bids from firms not represented and signed in at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting, and site visit will not be accepted.

Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General Contractor, is requesting Bids from qualified contractors for a roof replacement at the Boulder County 28th Street Community Hub. Contractor shall provide a total “turnkey” project including all necessary equipment, materials, and installation services; please reference the BID Information sheet for more details. The project site is at 2525 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301. The project is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and be completed by the end of 2026.
