Civil and Geotechnical Engineering Services for BCHA

Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is soliciting qualifications from engineering firms to provide civil engineering services, geotechnical engineering services, or both, under a continuing services contract. Services will support BCHA housing development, redevelopment, rehabilitation, and asset management activities at various properties throughout Boulder County. Individual tasks will be authorized by Notice to Proceed (NTP). The purpose of these services is to: • Evaluate existing site and subsurface conditions. • Identify constraints and risks related to soils, drainage, utilities, grading, and access. • Provide engineering recommendations to support feasibility, entitlement, design, and construction. • Support residential development and rehabilitation consistent with BCHA and local jurisdiction standards.
