BRETSA Organizational, Operational, and Business Continuity Evaluation and Recommendation for Modernization

The Boulder Regional Emergency Telephone Service Authority (BRETSA) is seeking proposals from qualified persons or a business to provide consulting services (“Consultant”) to assess, analyze, and evaluate BRETSA operations, evaluate the respective effectiveness, as well as advantages and disadvantages, of the various organizational and operational models for managing the funding for, and provision of, emergency telephone services in Boulder County, determine the most effective organizational and operational model to manage the funding for and provision of emergency telephone services in Boulder County and make recommendations for how BRETSA can implement such organizational and operational models.
