The CLIMB and Lyons Flyer bus services closed on Friday, Dec., 19

Additional closures possible on the HOP and Ride Free Lafayette

Boulder County, Colo. - Due to anticipated road closures, expected severe weather conditions, and caution, the CLIMB and Lyons Flyer bus services will be closed on Friday Dec., 19.

The HOP and Ride Free Lafayette will begin operations in the morning as we access the safety conditions. Route adjustments and or cancellations may happen as warranted.

To coincide with Xcel Energy’s anticipated Public Safety Power Shutoff due to the forecast of high winds and low relative humidity, the Office of Disaster Management Call Center will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, to assist with answering general questions about the ongoing wind event. The Call Center will also be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 20. The Call Center phone line is 303-413-7730. Visit boulderodm.gov for more information.
