Sheriff’s Office Needs Public Help to Identify Suspects Involved in Shooting
Boulder County, Colo. -
On October 4, 2025, at about 5:30 p.m. City of Boulder Police arrived at Boulder Fire Rescue Station 2, located at Broadway and Baseline in the City of Boulder, to meet with a male advising he’d been shot at while driving between the 3800 to 6000 block of Flagstaff Road. The report stemmed from a road rage interaction between the victim and three motorcyclists travelling down Flagstaff towards Boulder. The three motorcycles discontinued following the victim and were last seen travelling westbound on Flagstaff Road.
While Boulder officers were interviewing the victim, he pointed out the three motorcycle suspects passing by their location. Boulder officers attempted to stop the motorcycles, but they did not yield, and continued Denver bound on US 36. A pursuit was initiated. Boulder County Sheriff’s Office deputies joined the pursuit as it neared the Town of Superior, Denver bound on US 36. The pursuit continued into Broomfield, near the Flatirons Mall at West Flatirons Crossing, where the motorcycles were able to elude law enforcement.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to identify the three motorcycle operators and a vehicle of interest. Prior to the shooting, the motorcyclists were observed meeting with a vehicle of interest at Panorama Point, near the 1000 block of Flagstaff Road
