Local Minimum Wage

In 2019, the Colorado State Legislature passed HB19-1210, allowing local governments to establish a minimum wage higher than the state standard. In January 2020, Denver implemented a citywide minimum wage to help workers keep pace with the rising cost of living. Learn more about how the Consortium is addressing the issue of a local minimum wage.
