Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting will be held by the Niwot Design Review Committee (NDRC) at 4:30 p.m. to consider the following agenda:

1. Docket ESPR-25-0060: Niwot Hall Accessory Structure at 195 2nd Avenue
   Request: Expedited Site Plan Review for the removal of an ~ 900 sq. ft. storage
   building and to construct an approximately 864-square-foot accessory structure
   at 195 2nd Avenue, Niwot.
   Location: 195 2nd Avenue, Section 25, Township 2N, Range 70W
   Zoning: Niwot Rural Community (NRCDI) Zoning District I
   Owner: Niwot Community Hall

   Public testimony will not be taken

The Niwot Design Review Committee acts as a referral agency for proposals within the Niwot Rural Community District I (NRCD I). The committee does not have legal authority to grant Certificates of Appropriateness. However, the Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) shall consider the committee’s recommendation as well as other public testimony in decisions pertaining to the historic district.
