Limited Impact Special Review request for 672 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork related to emergency vehicle access improvements and driveway construction for residences at 530 and 621 Fountaintree Lane. The application is submitted by 530 Fountaintree LLC and Patrick & Camile Svoboda (applicants/property owners) and Follow Architecture and Tomecek Studio Architecture (agents). The subject properties are in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 530, 570, 621, and 860 Fountaintree Lane, Lots 1, 7, 8 and Outlot A of the Fountaintree subdivision, located approximately 0.5-mile northwest of the intersection of Fountaintree Lane and Valley View Way, in Section 14, Township 1N, Range 71W.
