Request to recognize the parcel at 468 Riverside Drive as a legal building lot, eligible for building permits. The application is submitted by Nicholas Kostecki and Amanda Kiel (applicants/property owners). The subject property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 468 Riverside Drive, approximately .5 miles west of the easternmost intersection of Riverside Drive and SH7, in Section 34, Township 3N, Range 72W.
