There are two options to attend mandatory meetings, please register in Bonfire prior to attending:
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting 1 is scheduled, starting promptly at 3:00 p.m. on July 8, 2025. Location: 7710 Monarch Road, Niwot, CO 80503. Meet at the Monarch Parking Lot (Staging Area 1). Two(2) Pre-Bid meeting times will be available. Proposed Contractors will be required to attend only one. Bids from companies not represented at the either of the mandatory pre-bid meetings will not be accepted.

The Boulder County Parks and Open Space (BCPOS) department is seeking proposals for CONCRETE TRAIL AND PAD BRIDGE TRANSITIONS and CRUSHER FINES TRAIL RESURFACING at Monarch Park which is incorporated into the Longmont-to-Boulder (LoBo) Trail system. The property address is 7710 Monarch Road, Niwot, CO, 80503.
The current degraded trail conditions require resurfacing maintenance of the entire Monarch Park corridor to improve long-term trail sustainability, and accessibility for trail users with mobility challenges. The trail is part of the regional corridor that connects Longmont to Boulder. The work is sequenced into three (3) sections to more predictability manage the trail closures and reroutes. The contractor will have sixty (60) consecutive days to complete all contract deliverables to Boulder County (BC) standards.
