RTD Partnership Program
The RTD Partnership Program funds local governments and TMAs/TMOs to run community-designed transit pilots. It covers service operations—not infrastructure or RTD service expansions. Applications for 2025 are open April 16–May 14. Each project needs a lead sponsor and a 5-minute presentation to the local SSC in June. Projects are judged on local need, equity, ridership potential, and readiness. Final decisions are made by RTD, SSC reps, and DRCOG.
