Community Planning & Permitting Department - Docket SPR-23-0063: Rysavy Residence

Appeal of Director’s Determination of SPR-23-0063 for Site Plan Review for a Request to construct a 5,587 square foot residence and 866 square foot garage on a 35.5 acre parcel with 2,383 square feet of existing residential floor area, for a total of 8,836 square feet, where the presumed compatible size is 3,864 square feet. The Determination is appealed by Jirka Rysavy (applicant/property owner) and Dale Smith C/O Fanas Architecture, Ed Byrne C/O Ed Byrne P.C., and Pavel Bouska (agents). The subject property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 4539 Flagstaff Road, Section 3, Township 1S, Range 71W.
Public testimony will be taken.
