Pre-bid Location: | A Mandatory Pre-proposal meeting is scheduled, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m. on September 24, 2024. Interested Parties are asked to meet at 12391 Kenosha Road, Erie, CO 80516 (Northeast Cluster’s Proposed Trailhead, 1650 ft west of Kenosha Bridge). Proposals from firms not represented at the mandatory, pre-proposal meeting, and site visit will not be accepted. |
Other Comments: | The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Design Teams of Consultants for the design of boulder creek and coal creek, located north of Kenosha Road, to restore it to its natural course using natural channel design principles to reduce the impact of future flooding, provide public safety, protect onsite and downstream infrastructure, re-establish floodplain connectivity, and restore resilient and ecologically rich habitats. Engineering services will also include the design of visitor facilities, trails and connective. The goal of the project is to provide quality recreational experiences to the public while protecting open space resources. The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications regarding RFP-102-24 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies. All other conditions and any previous addendums shall remain unchanged. Attention: The date for this project has been changed. |
