| Other Comments: | Boulder County Building Services (“BCBS” and/or “Owner”), a Division of the Public Works Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to install concrete paving and / or asphalt paving at the Longmont Courts Building located at 1035 Kimbark Street, Longmont, CO. The site is being modified to improve ADA access. This work is targeted specifically for September 14 – September 28 of 2024. Proposals must be submitted electronically on or before the Close Date at https://bouldercounty.bonfirehub.com/. Submissions will not be accepted by email, fax or hand-delivery; unless otherwise noted.
